Becoming a Specialty Instructor<\/span><\/strong> sets you apart as a dive instructor who takes continuing education seriously and is committed to teaching a variety of courses. Potential employers like this and it increases your job opportunities. It also makes teaching diving more varied and fun! You can teach specialty course that interests you. There are many PADI Specialty Diver courses to choose from. <\/span><\/p>\n

More scuba diving and more fun sharing what interests you – that’s what teaching specialty diver courses is all about.<\/span><\/p>\n

All PADI Instructors who have certified at least 25 PADI Divers and have earned at least five PADI Specialty Instructor certifications can be a Master Scuba Diver Trainer<\/span><\/strong>. This rating is the next step up the professional ladder<\/span><\/strong> and is a prerequisite for IDC Staff Instructor as well as for many TecRec Instructor ratings.<\/p>\n

During the MSDT Prep course you will learn how to teach 5 PADI Specialty courses, on top of the Nitrox Instructor’ that is already included for free in our Go Pro ‘OWSI’ package.\u00a0 So, after completing the MSDT Prep course, you will be able to teach 6 PADI Specialty courses.<\/p>\n
