Both techniques become easy with practice, but beginners often feel nervous or struggle with staying calm.<\/p>\n

Demonstrate each method a few times, breaking down each motion clearly. Some students may reach or lean to the wrong side because they try to ‘mirror’ your demonstration. Once they\u2019ve found it, they can place it in their mouth, purge any water if needed, and take a comforting breath.<\/p>\n
