Dive Center Manager – Lembeh Resort – North Sulawesi Indonesia

Job Description

Lembeh Resort is a premier dive resort located in the heart of the world-renowned Lembeh Strait, known for its incredible biodiversity and muck diving. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional diving experiences and top-notch customer service to our guests. We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Dive Center Manager to lead our dive operations and continue our tradition of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

>> Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the dive center, including scheduling, logistics, and maintenance of dive equipment.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Manage the inventory of diving gear and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.

>> Staff Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of instructors, dive-masters, and support staff.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of staff engagement and performance.

>> Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable diving experience.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

>> Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the dive center’s budget, including revenue and expenses.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

>> Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote social media, courses, and special events.
Build and maintain relationships with local dive community.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in dive center management.
Professional Dive Instructor certification (e.g., PADI).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of dive center operations, including safety protocols.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to local conditions.
Proficiency in English. Other languages including Bahasa Indonesia & other (German) a plus
