Maldives couple/single position, 2x OWSI and 1x office

Job Description

Prodivers Jawakara Islands is looking for an enthusiastic couple/single interested in working in the Maldives.

Jawakara Islands has recently opened and we are expanding our dive team to fulfill the increasing demand for diving courses, fun dives as well as snorkelling excursions.

Prodivers is an established diving school in the Maldives with over 35years of operation and dive bases on 6 different islands.

Within Prodivers lies a great opportunity to enhance your personal as well as professional skills.

What we offer:

– 1 year contract with the option to extend

– OWSI basic salary of USD700,- (negotiable depending on experience, skills, languages)

– service charge

– student bonus/course commission

– own accommodation with king size bed, air condition and bathroom

– 3 meals per day in staff canteen which offers a mix of Asian and European cuisine

– flights paid to and from Maldives if a 1 year contract is fulfilled

– Work Visa

– 2 weeks short break after 6months (up to USD600,- flight allowance for short break)

– 4 weeks long break if the contract is extended

– guidance and training for all skills/tasks needed for this position

– decompression chamber available on our sister island only 35min away

What we are looking for:

– single PADI OWSI or couple where at least one is a PADI OWSI or higher

– Nitrox specialty Instructor

– DAN Pro or equivalent dive insurance

– if the second person is not OWSI their position would be office/shop attendant + snorkelling guide

– be relaxed but professional, we are operating on a 5 star resort and want our guests to feel comfortable as well as taken care of

– following PADI standards at all times

– languages: fluent English is a must, 2nd language should be either GER, ITA, FRA, RUS

– comfortable living on a small remote island far from other civilization

– starting as soon as possible
