Choosing the best PADI IDC to become a diving instructor can be challenging. There are so many options, and they all claim to be the ‘best’ PADI IDC! We like to be a bit more modest, but we do think that our PADI IDC program is pretty unique!

Experienced Course Director
You’ll get taught by a Course Director with over 23 years of experience in the diving industry. Having certified more than 1,000 professionals, and with a background as a dive instructor and dive center manager in multiple locations Southeast Asia. You’ll get plenty of tips, tricks, and advice about real-life teaching situations.
More Than Just Passing the Exam
Preparing for the Instructor Exam (IE) is important, but our focus goes beyond that. As skillful and experienced as the PADI examiners may be, the exam is always a role playing game of instructors and students ‘making mistakes’.
That’s why we don’t just train you to “get through the IE.” We focus on making you a confident, capable instructor who feels at home teaching in the pool, the classroom, and the open water. By the time you sit your IE, it will feel like just another step—not the final goal.
Skills That Build Confidence
We pack in a lot more skills than in the standard IDC. For example, we’ll practice teaching all the skills from the Rescue Diver course. This will give you more confidence to teach this course and handle emergency situations yourself. There will be plenty of time to fine-tune all your diving skills so you can build confidence and competence, preparing you for any teaching situation.
Real Teaching Experience
Nothing prepares you better than hands-on experience. That’s why we offer co-teaching opportunities, after the IDC. Working alongside experienced instructors gives you the chance to apply what you’ve learned, gain confidence in front of real students, and get ready to start teaching PADI courses by yourself.
